This very spacious and tastefully decorated holiday house invites you to discover. At around 160 m² living space five people have distributed over two floors much space to spend an exceptionally relaxing family vacation. On the ground floor you will find a living room, a modern kitchen with separate dining area, two bedrooms and a shower bathroom and a guest toilet. The bedrooms are furnished with three single beds. Also for our youngest guests, this holiday home a lot of space to easily a Kinderreisebettchen issue. From the living room leads into the adjoining conservatory, which invites the whole family to sit together. The upper floor consists of a large living area with a wonderful roof terrace. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed. In about five minutes' walk from the sandy beach guarded Riumar.

In the beautiful and well-kept garden you will find phoenix palms and olive trees, many other typical plants. In addition to the big house private pool there is a bathhouse with a comfortable outdoor shower (hot and cold water). The larger remote barbecue with additional garden furniture can in this holiday home nothing to be desired. Many sitting and reclining exist. Like the many sunny places in his garden, the "La Terra Feliz" also shady places to relax. The property offers over driveways of various land sites plenty of space for several cars and a parking space for a large boat trailer.
