Activities

There is a 9 hole and 18 hole golf course very close to Borgo San Marco, making it the perfect escape for golf lovers. Partners can be pampered in the spa, go for a bike ride, walk or relax by the pool with one of the many books from the library. Stunning beaches are just a few minutes away or you might want to be shown around the olive groves and buy some of the extra virgin olive oil from the estate.
Dining

Only the best, local (home grown when possible) ingredients are used in the kitchen at Borgo San Marco. Breakfast is a traditional Apulian affair with cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, pies, fruits, jams, breads and cereals. Light lunches and dinner are served every day and the estate¡¯s extra virgin olive oil can always be seen in the hands of the chefs.

The 18 large and airy suites at Borgo San Marco are all air-conditioned and have TVs and minibars. Don Fernando has its own private Jacuzzi, some have their own balconies and two independent residences have their own kitchenette. Each suite is different; the interiors and the colours of the walls vary but are inspired by the earth, sun and fire creating a stunning contract to the white-washed exteriors. The Junior Suites are in the main tower and have 3 beds making them perfect for families whilst the Suites are even larger with 4 beds and a balcony.
