The porcelain tiled floors feature sublime underfoot heating while the indulgent shower suite is also finished to a beautiful standard. The main shopping arteries of Oxford and Regent Street are also but a short walk away. The truth is, you may never want to leave again. And being only 10 minutes walk from Euston and King¡¯s Cross stations, you can easily roam well beyond London should you wish you to. Marchmont Street, around the corner from your apartment, is shaped by the proximity of the University of London. You can find second-hand bookshops, caf¨¦s, pubs and unusual shops to roam in. ¡°Balfour¡± is a lovely Italian restaurant, one of the few in London that is independently owned. It features all your favourite pasta dishes, served up in Italian style with a dedicated al fresco dining area (whenever the weather allows). Across the street, you may learn a thing or two at ¡°The School of Life¡±, which is a bit of a philosophy shop cum art gallery. If none of this appeals to you you¡¯re just a five-minute walk away from the many shops and eateries at the Brunswick Centre, where you can get everything under the sky and enjoy cuisine from all over the world. Perhaps you might want to catch an artsy film at the ¡°Renoir¡± cinema there? Why not add a little Frenchness to your stride there! Car parking is on subject to availability at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night. 5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week. 6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments. 7. There is a late checkout charge of GBP10/hr depending on the availability. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information: 1. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection atleast 48 hrs prior to checkin. 2. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should you be arriving at the apartment after 8pm or before 9am you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance. An out-of-hours check-in fee will be applied if your time of arrival is after 8pm or before 9am, 0„550 before and 0„5100 after 11pm. The earliest available check-in and the latest check-out times are: Check-in time: 2pm Check-out time: 10am
