My parents, sister and I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment.
Massimo was very easy to get in touch with whenever we needed assistance or had any questions.
The place was in perfect condition.
It was very clean and was all around perfect for our stay.
It is very close to the train station and walking distance to various sightseeing points in the area! We will be back! .

We loved our stay in Rome in this beautiful apartment.
    We felt right at home.
It is in such a perfect location too, close to the Metro and a short walk to the market and many wonderful restaurants.
We would stay here again if we ever get the chance to visit Rome again! Thank you for making our vacation perfect! .

Enjoyed our three night stay at the apartment.
Clean, roomy with plenty of amenities to prepare meals as needed.
The upstairs bathroom has a very low ceiling beam, good overall size so watch your head if you are over 5'3".
    First floor bedroom is large.
The location is wonderful and very close to a supermarket for supplies as well as experiencing Florence sties.
Massimo was incredibly attentive both prior to our arrival stay and during our stay, checking in with us while we were there.
    Highly recommend this apartment.
Yes, it is up several flights of stairs but the building is quiet, clean and centrally located.
The American coffee maker is brand new!.

We wanted a quiet place, comfort, convenient location.
This apartment was ideal, Massimo was brilliant in responding to any queries and nothing ever seemed too much trouble to him. The location was great and the stairs no problem even with a twisted knee.
The furniture was very complete to cater for ones needs, there was even a desk in each bedroom to allow writing and the lighting was good.
The only cons were inconsistent hot water in the shower and people in the next door flat using washing machine in middle of night. .

There are not words to describe Casa Pietra and the surrounding area.
The pictures Lisa and Luca posted do not do it justice.
My niece and I spent a week here in July as a base to explore Tuscany and were absolutely delighted.
The picture window in the kitchen overlooks an old church further down the mountain, while the interior is simple elegance.
Casa Pietra was the perfect base for our day trips to Pisa, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, and Barga.
We did not want to leave!.

Six adults stayed at the Rigoletto for almost three weeks in April.
The pictures were accurate, the space was comfortable, clean and spacious.
We found it to be very central, about a fifteen minute walk to the Vatican wall and 10 to the Ottaviano subway station, which takes you pretty much everywhere you would want to go.
Nice little supermarket right around the corner and a 24 hr one further down by a McDonald's.
Lots of shopping up Ottaviano street and down Via Cola street.
We really enjoyed the little cafe out the front door to your right and around the bend called Come a Casa.
Look for the little twinkle lights on the way to the supermarket.
The couple who own the cafe were very friendly, didn't speak much english but we still managed to work it out.
Everything was very fresh and tasty.
There are a few good restaurants in walking distance and a few on the way to the subway.
Just stay away from the ones with photos on the menu.
The apartment had a Nespresso machine with some complimentary coffee but with six of us it didn't last long.
If you need more head to the Coin department store on Cola di Renzo down from the Vatican has a boutique of coffee refills.
I wish I had asked the greeter more questions about the washer, everything in Italian and it seemed to take hours to do one small load and then a long time to hang dry.
I wouldn't recommend using it unless you are in a pinch.
We enjoyed our stay, it was a good choice to stay and I would recommend to family and friends..

Myself and my wife had a wonderful time in the north Tuscan mountains for our honeymoon.
We flew into Pisa, and hired a car (note don't get a big car, the roads are narrow and windy up in the mountains) Lucca met us at the apartment and shoveled snow at the weekend, keeping in regular contact to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We traveled to Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, the coast at Viareggio.
Nearby town of Bagni di Lucca has a supermarket, as does Collodi (and a giant pinochio).
We traveled to a hilltop town of Montefegatesi which was beautiful.
We also went skiing for a day at Abetone. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, especially the sauna and jacuzzi.
Only thing we had for consideration was that Tuscany effectively shuts down in January. In all it was a great experience, loads of space, and a lovely small village to walk about and get lost in, the surrounding woods are nice to walk in aswell!.
