Rigoletto apartement is an amazing propertie.
Big, beautiful and spacious, very well located in Pratti with supermarkets very near and just a short 10 minutes walk to Vatican City.
We stayed a family of six adults and were very comfortable.

My husband and I spent seven magical nights in this apartment.
The door to the apartment complex is a mere 30 footsteps from the Grand Canal, and the main windows look across a narrow side canal to the imposing and romantic Ca 'Rezzonico Palazzo.
I don't think you could find a better location. There are still locals living in the Dorsoduro area, and you will see them (always well dressed) walking to the local shops or going to school.
We spoke several times to a man walking his Belgian Shepherd dog, as we were going to our favourite café to enjoy a quick cup of coffee each morning. The "Marino" apartment is as described.
You'll love it - you'll view Campanile di San Marco, Venice's tallest bell tower from the balcony, the vaporetto (ferries) travelling along the Grand Canal and tiny boats negotiating the narrow side canal.
All the contents of the apartment are of good quality - the furniture, flooring, art works, dinner set, cutlery, etc.
The only thing I would add is a large mirror - there's already one in the bathroom, but another would be helpful. .

The apartment was outstanding by many aspects.
The cleanness, the quality of installation, the space, and the location.
The only negative point is that we didn't get to use it longer...
We were a group of 6 that included 2 kids.
After a long flight, we were welcome by the owner who was there right on time to let us in.
He was very generous with a lot of helpful information (location of stores, tipping tips, public transportation, maps, and more).
He provided his phone number in case we needed help or had any problem with the apartment.
Nothing could have been easier for the family from logistics to overall comfort and security.
A very quiet neighbourhood with a short walk (10 mins to the metro or 25 mins to piazza popolo).

First, let me say that this apartment is exactly as described and as the photos depict on the web site: there were no surprises.
So, it is very clean, modern, and HUGE.
The location is in the Prati neighborhood - an excellent & safe part of Rome within walking distance to the Vatican (we walked there for our tour) This is a super deluxe place - brand new remodeled bathrooms, new furniture - really beautiful! Plenty of light, great showers/bathrooms, easy and nice kitchen.
Also, there is an excellent supermarket literally right around the corner, and several terrific restaurants within a very short walk.
We had a Roman friend with us as our guide so we kept our rental car and he guided us through the ins and outs of the chaos that is Rome traffic and parking - but I think the advice of the agency is accurate - don't use a car.
Better to take taxis, Ubers, buses, or walk...I just can't comment on that as it relates to the apartment since we drove - but nothing took us more than 10-15 minutes to get to.
I can say that Prati is very close to all the attractions, but you probably would prefer a short 10 minute cab ride then walking around each day once you get there.
That's what we did with our rental car.
It was nice to get away from the crowds each evening and come home to this apartment which is in a quiet residential area.
The owners even provided a Nespresso machine and a couple sleeves of coffee - which was really nice.
I do suggest they get a couple kitchen towels for the flat - (but don't worry - there are plenty of bath towels).
As an aside, the building is very secure & quiet.
Overall, this is a great apartment and definitely safe, comfortable, and well furnished.
    I would highly recommend it..

The Rigoletto apartment was exactly what we had hoped for! Very spaceous, modern, air-conditioned, plenty of bathrooms, quiet and near public transportation.
The location of the apartment was just north of The Vatican, which turned out to be just fine.
Although not on the side of the river where many sites are, we found ourselves walking almost every day to and from the apartment to all the museums, Roman sites and shopping areas.
The subway station is about 7 minutes away from the apartment which takes you to every important destination in the city, should you chose to to walk all around town.
Plenty of groceries stores and a huge indoor market is not far from the apartment.
On some nights we decided to eat in and the indoor farmers market nearby was wonderful: butchers, fresh fish and so many wonderful vegetable stands to choose from.
    Bakery items were also abundant.
Plenty of restaurant choices nearby especially if you walk towards the Vatican.
We definitely would recommend Italy Perfect to friends which we've already done! We'd love to use Italy Perfect again -- no hesitation at all.
Staffers were super nice and booking was easy.
    Highly recommended!!!!!.
