Many thanks to Carmela and Pierro for being such great hosts.
We asked to be picked up from Termini Station and we’re immediately given a quick tour of Rome’s famous sites; the coliseum and circus maximums.
The apartment was just as described and the pictures are of the actual apartment you will be staying.
The apartment was clean and well furnished with all the modern conveniences.
We were in Rome at the tail end of our trip for five days and the apartment was a comfortable place to relax after many days of walking.
The local restaurants and café’s are great; Pizza Remo is considered one of the best in town.
Be sure to swing by the market for some amazing deals as well oh and the bar/café a few doors down is a great place to hang out and chat with the locals.
If you want to feel the warmth of the Roman people and experience Roman life then this is the apartment for you.
Again many thanks to Carmela, Pierro and Davide; Neil, Gina and baby to be ;-) .

We stayed in Davide's home for 10 days at the end of March and the apartment is exactly as the photo's depict.
It is very clean and comfortable, we could not have been happier.
The apartment is spacious and the kitchen well equipped, the laundry facilities and internet worked perfectly.
The location is excellent, very close to the metro and bus stops and also close enough to walk into the heart of Rome.
Pizza Remo just across the park is a fun place to have excellent pizza and mingle with the locals.
The wine shop just down the street sells wine by the plastic jug which can be refilled!! Most of all we enjoyed the market just two blocks from the apartment and were there every day buying fresh food, the selection is wonderful.
Carmela was always available to answer any of our questions and arranged our transport both to and from the apartment.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to enjoy the true feel of Rome away from the tourist areas.
I hope we can come back again one day! Thank you Carmela and Leonardo!.

We arrived 3 hrs late in Rome from the States, phoned Leonardo to meet for the keys, and hooked up with him at the Termini Station.
He was kind enough to give us a ride to the apt, with a tour of the area on the way (even though our late arrival had caused him to be late for an appointment) Thanks, Leonardo - hope you're doing well!! The apt was a welcome place to land (it was very warm in Rome & there is gelato right next door, and the park across the street to enjoy it - perfetto!!)!.
We were 4 adults travelling together & the rooms worked well for us.
The kitchen was great for storing snacks/breakfast, water bottles & wine, and we enjoyed the restaruants in the area.
    The apt.
is definitely well-located - the 1st full day, we walked just over 6 miles & did the Colosseum, the Roman Forum/Senate, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, & Spanish Steps (& yes we did get a but turned around getting back, but gelato made it all better).
The bus to the Meto Station is only a couple blocks away (just make a note of what bus number you need to catch for the return trip...), so the Vatican was easy to get to also.
I know we'd all stay there again!.

Davide's Home was perfect for my two weeks in Roma.
I prearranged to be met at the airport by a friend of the owner's who then drove me to Testaccio and gave me a very thorough review of the apartment's amenities.
David's Home is very comfortable, has every convenience, high quality furnishings which are accented by stimulating wall art works.
WiFi worked great and did the clothes washer.
Testaccio has numerous trattorias, ristorante, caffes, pasticcerias, markets and there is a peaceful park oppisite the building enterance.
I prefered walking, but there are numerous bus options and the Pirmide Metro for access to anywhere in Roma.
Bus #95, which stops to the right of the church on Via Rubattino, will take you through the Centro, up Via Veneto (Borghese Gardens), ending at Piazza del Popolo.
I enjoyed nice walks to Trastevere, Gianicolo and Aventino Hills, the Baths of Caracalla and the Cimitero Acattolico where Keats and Shelley are buried.
The owners were very kind and accessible.
They have thought of everything to make a traveler's time in Roma relaxing and effortless.
Un bellissimo appartamento e un grande vacanza a Roma! .
