The apartment have excellent location: only 3 minutes walk away from the beach (4 km rocky beach, two city beaches).

All rooms (2) and kitchen have a magic and romantic view of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning, cooker hood, dishwasher, stove with oven, fridge with deep freeze, table grill. The bathroom has a hydro massage bath tub and washing machine. Living room equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, DVD.

In front of the building there is a handball and basketball court.

All guests’ privacy is guaranteed.

This comfortable flat is ideal for a couple and family.

Tourist tax is included in the price.

Additional amenities: fitness bike, shampoo, soap, hair conditioner, towels, bed clothes sugar, cooking oil, domestic apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and welcome drink-domestic brandy (plum, pear) or domestic cherry liker or walnut liker. For all necessary assistance I am available.

The building is located in a recreational area of Pula, Lungomare-4 km long promenade with a thick pine forest (tennis courts, trim trail, football field, bars). In front of the building there is a handball and basketball court too.

Nearest: the hospital (900 m) Pharmacy (200 m), restaurant (200m), two supermarkets (300 m), golf (Brijuni island-national park 5km), international airport (7km), domestic hydroplane (1km), Roman Amphiteatar "ARENA" (1,2km), center of town (1km), temple of Augustus (1km), protected landscape "Kamenjak" (10km).

My dear guests!

Welcome to Pula, to my charming flat. You are kindly requested to observe the following rules and regulations:

A FLAT'S A DAY/NIGHT = 5pm-12pm (noon). The flat is rented day/night. A flat's day/night starts at 5pm at the day of arrival and finishes at 12pm (noon)on the next day. Keeping the flat after 12pm (noon) is treated as prolongation of stay.

CONSIDER YOUR NEIGHBOURS-QUITE HOURS=10pm-8am; 3pm-5pm. In flat you may not disturb the neighbours. Quite must strictly be maintained between 10pm-8am; 3pm-5pm.

PARKING PLACE-There is a 2 big parking place in front of the building. Parking place is free.

 

TREAT THE FLAT AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN HOME

NO INFLAMMABLES OR EXPLOSIVES. It is forbidden to bring inflammables or explosives into the flat.

NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in the flat. Smoking is allowed on terrace.

NO PETS. Pets are not welcome.

TAKE CARE OF THE FLAT. Please, take care of the things and furniture, please switch off the light, close water taps, doors and windows in case of a longer absence.

Guest bear full financial responsibility for any kind of damage to or destruction of the flat’s equipment.

DON'T TAKE ANYTHING, JUST MAGIC MEMORIES. It is a not allowed take the inventory out of flat.

If the regulation should not be respected, further accommodation can be withhold.

Lighting Giants – Pula's new attraction

 

"Lighting Giants", Pula's new attraction, is a unique project in the world of lighting cranes of an operating shipyard. Dean Skira, the world-famous lighting designer, with the help of sponsors and workers of Uljanik Shipyard, has lit up the shipyard's iconic cranes, a characteristic symbol of Pula. "Lighting Giants" have a sophisticated remote control system of lighting and scenography, and can be illuminated with 16 thousand different color combinations.

 

You can enjoy this spectacular show and lighting display from 5.6.-15.9.2015. every evening from dusk until midnight from 2 bedrooms.
